PPR Career, Inc. is in search of seasoned Web Developers (multiple positions) to join an amazing group of technical professionals that utilize some of the most cutting edge technology in the industry! Ideally located in Columbia, SC you will find yourself in close proximity to the rolling mountains, the abundant beaches of South Carolina as well as a short drive to both Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA.
Job Requirements
• Fast-learner, results-driven, hard worker
• Articulate communicator, both written and oral.
• Proactive, analytical, with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to estimate work effort and timelines for assigned work
Required Technical Skills
• 4+ yrs .Net, specifically utilizing C# and ADO.NET
• Particularly strong in ASP.NET and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
• 4+ yrs Object-Oriented development on Microsoft platform
• 4+ yrs developing in SQL Server 2000/2005 environment w/ T-SQL
• 2+ yrs XML, preferably using .Net libraries
• Experience developing complex applications, preferably enterprise/large system apps with 4+ team members working on projects of at least 6 months duration for development phase.
• Development experience at all tiers of n-tiered application(s),
Desired but Optional Skills
• XSLT
• TFS 2010
• MS Application Blocks – UI, Exception Management, Data Layer
• Design Patterns
• UML – Static Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams
• Web Services
• Familiar with SOA
