Position Description:
The successful candidate will join a tight knit group of highly skilled software engineers who have designed, developed, and integrated both internal applications as well as a high availability fully virtualized corporate information technology infrastructure.
Qualified candidates shall possess strong analysis and communication skills to participate in software development initiatives that will enhance and extend applications currently in place and create new applications to improve overall workplace automation and efficiency.
Will be responsible for interfacing with other members of IT and end users to specify requirements, design solutions and build custom software, as well as identify, evaluate, recommend and integrate COTS applications.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As a participant and key contributor within the Company’s Information Technology Group, the Programmer Analyst’s principal responsibilities and duties include:
* Ongoing development, improvement and enhancement and maintenance of the Company’s proprietary suite of products, sales and administrative software applications.
* Analysis, design, development and testing of new and existing multi-tier business applications uniting user presentation interfaces, business logic, and data access into flexible and robust software systems.
Candidate Requirements:
* 7 -10 years IT development experience creating business software applications utilizing waterfall or iterative software development methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self starter with the ability to multi-task and operate independently.
* Demonstrated proficiency in VMware, Windows Server R2 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2/Express, Windows XP/7, Visual Studio, .Net 3.5/4.0, C# and/or VB, MSMQ, WPF, Workflow, Web Services, Winforms, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS(desired), Crystal Reports, Subversion.
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) proficiency and expertise on multiple certification tracks is a definite plus.
* Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred) backed up with a broad range of practical hands-on experience in a variety of disciplines.
